St Patrick’s Day marked the start of our partnership with Adam Handling and his Michelin-starred restaurant, Frog. In celebration of the arrival of our whiskeys in bars and restaurants for the first time ever, Adam created a special dish designed to pair perfectly with The Taoscán.
Available for just one week, this exclusive dish, ‘Celtic Cousins’, was an original pairing dish designed to perfectly complement the unique notes and aromas of the world’s first and only Tawny Port and French Chestnut whiskey. Featuring smoky Scottish lobster with carrot and BBQ pak choi, it epitomises the theatrical and emotive menus he’s known for, and our shared respect for craft and flavour combined with the same bold and innovative ambition.
Our partnership with Adam Handling marks the arrival of our award-winning rare whiskeys in Michelin-star restaurants and upscale bars for the very first time. While they were previously reserved for private sale by the bottle to select individuals, you’re now able to buy our carefully crafted rare release whiskey by the glass in establishments that share our passion for perfection and the ingenious elevation of ingredients.
Here’s a selection of the venues where you can now order our whiskeys by the glass:
