The Craft Irish Whiskey Co. was born from a desire to elevate Irish whiskey to its most luxurious, most exquisite peak. In realising its potential, we have crafted some of the most collectable, ultra-rare whiskeys in existence today.
In Michelin, we found a partner that shares this drive and the desire to craft perfection. Our inaugural whiskey, The Devil’s Keep, was designed to feature on the menu of Michelin-starred restaurants, elevating the whiskey tasting experience to the level demanded by the world’s finest establishments and most discerning connoisseurs.
The Michelin Star Revelation Great Britain & Ireland 2021 recognises the tenacity, resilience, skill and innovation of those who strive for excellence.
