Highlighting the ‘nose of mocha and marmalade with a creamy honey palate, apricot jam and sticky ginger brioche’, Oracle Time celebrates The Brollach’s recent Master Medal from The Spirits Business Awards. They draw attention to the innovation and pursuit of perfection shown by The Craft Irish Whiskey Co. and the timeless releases of The Devil’s Keep and The Emerald Isle. As they note, these showcase the best of Irish history, not only in the skill of the whiskey process, but in the craftsmanship and obsessive perfectionism displayed by the Experience Boxes.
We may be biased but we’d have to agree with their assertion that ‘Craft Irish Whiskey is producing some of the best whiskey in the world’. As they point out, only 661 bottles were released so this is one to add to your collection before they sell out.
